Some of Kevin’s earliest memories are in the kitchen with his parents at their house outside Lake Tekapo in New Zealand. At 12 years old, he started working in a local bakery to learn more about the industry. Never a fan of traditional schooling, Kevin enrolled in culinary school at age 14 and quickly excelled.
