Eldred Gregory Peck debuted in the RKO film Days of Glory (1944). He was the star of Roman Holiday, The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit, Twelve O'Clock High and The Guns of Navarone but he was probably best known for his 1962 role as Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird.
