On May 6, 2015, Araya married Witsarut "Nott" Rungsisingpipat, her boyfriend of six years and heir to a business fortune.
On September 6, 2017, she went to Bumrungrad Hospital and gave birth in the afternoon to twin sons Saifah Rangsisingpipat and Bhayu Rangsisingpipat.
