Enforcement officers Scott Hines and Steve Michell have to evict the occupants of a council property in South London and it is a dangerous environment. Dave Dearden makes his way to a shop in Leeds, which owner Leonora Stapleton and her elderly mother let out to a family friend but things turned sour. Scott pays a visit to a shopkeeper who has run up a utility bill of more than £6,000 and who attempts to pull down his shutters and makes some threats. Scott is left with no choice but to call the police.
