It's the fourth day and the girls are woken up at 6am to exercise by fitness instructor, Fitz Gayes. The girls are also given a makeover. To help to build their confidence, they are told to model in a life drawing session. The girls are split into two groups based on the result of the life drawing session. Those who failed are sent to a bikini shoot in the cold and those who did well are sent to a warmer location.
