Jun has a best friend named Tom who lives in New Zealand, but he has never met him. The two enjoy chatting on the computer. Jun tells Tom that he hit a home run in baseball, but in fact this is a lie. Jun has an illness that prevents him from exercising, and he can't have surgery until he becomes an adult. During the chat, Tom reveals that he plans to go to Japan next month, and Jun worries that his lie will be exposed. Then Black Jack appears, examines Jun, and explains that he can cure his illness, but...
