Pinoko watches the TV show "Big Mask" and becomes fascinated by the villain Goras. Takao, who plays Goras, is kind to her on location, and she becomes a fan of him. After filming, a staff member notices that Takao's leg is swollen, and asks his acquaintance Sharaku, who promises to introduce him to Black Jack. Takao is admitted to the Black Jack residence, much to Pinoko's delight. Later, Black Jack visits Takao's home. Takao's younger brother, Yukio, overhears a conversation between his mother and Black Jack and mistakenly believes that his brother has been captured by Black Jack...
