A CD-ROM arrives at Black Jack's house via international mail, offering a reward of over 10 million dollars if he can cure a sick relative. Black Jack is surprised to learn that the patient is 200 years old. At first, Black Jack decides not to go because he has other patients, but he decides to treat the 200-year-old patient. When Black Jack and Pinoko arrive at a remote airport, the sender, Miriam, has come to pick them up. The group boards a jeep and heads to the village where the patient is waiting. When they enter a house on the outskirts of the village, they find an old man in rags sitting in his bed...
