Black Jack takes Pinoko to a Noh sushi restaurant. The chef, Taku, is so skilled that Black Jack considers him to be the best in Japan. Taku asks his husband for time off so he can go back to his hometown and treat his mother to the best sushi in Japan. Taku returns home for the first time in ten years, but is hit by a truck in the middle of town. Both of Taku's arms have to be amputated, and the driver, Akira, is sent to prison. Afterwards, Taku writes a petition and Akira is not charged. Then, Taku and Akira meet...
