While watching the live broadcast of the Snow Festival, Yoichi and Ajio spot Sekiba, the head of the German cuisine department of the Ajio Culinary Association, who has gone missing, and head to Hokkaido to find out if it's true. At the Snow Festival, there was a long line of people waiting for the food stall run by the "Devil of the North." The Devil of the North's frankfurters were made by Sekiba.
