Devastated, Cristina seeks solace in Father Salvador, to whom she tells the latest developments in her relationship with Carlos. After learning she has been accepted to study abroad, Romina rejects his offer to leave Mexico, wanting to continue her relationship with Omar. This decision angers Carolina. Romina surprises Omar by informing him that she has decided to leave home to live with him, following the constant arguments she has with her mother. Ramiro goes to Carolina to mock her and point out that his daughter is now in his house, having decided not to live with her anymore, which worries Carolina.
