Though Julian Bashir and Elim Garak have decided to forge an alliance between Section 31 and the Obsidian Order, the Breen involvement in Bajor’s political interests continues to perplex the two – and Jake Sisko isn’t racing to the finish line himself. An unexpected ally has turned out to be involved in a Section 31 mission, and the only person she has tried to reach out to is Quark. We can only hope that this communication is the first of many.
