Color Out Of Space is one of Lovecraft's finest works, though not as famous as those in the so-called Cthulhu Mythos. The writer himself is an extraordinary figure. He is the founding father of an entire genre of literature, which then wove its tentacles and culture far beyond the pages of books. And that makes it all the more bitter that there is still no truly high-quality, iconic, yet faithful to the source material adaptation of this writer's works. But maybe a Nick Cage movie could disprove what I'm saying? Let's find out...
