The team meet Larissa, who was born without ears due to a condition called Treacher Collins syndrome. The screw holding her prosthetic ear in place has fallen out and she needs an operation to replace it.
We also follow the story of Sue, a cancer patient whose ear has been removed and who is hoping to get a prosthetic replacement.
