Leonor is found unconscious in the woods. After taking her to the ranch, she explains that she had an encounter with La Morena. Because of this, José Luis orders Buenaventura to organize a group of workers to capture the mysterious woman and when they have her, take her away. Teresita fears that her marriage to Manuel will be interrupted and asks José Luis to bring forward the date. On the other hand, Mercedes visits Manuel to tell him that Leonor has decided to stay with her husband, so he has the path clear to marry Teresita. José Luis is worried because Ignacio has not given him grandchildren. When he begins to pressure him, the young man tells him that his wife does not like men. The owner of the ranch loses control of the situation and harshly punishes Lucrecia. When Mercedes realizes this, she tries to reproach her brother-in-law, but receives a dangerous threat in return.
