They have a big budget of 1.25 million pounds and want a five-bedroom farmhouse in a rural setting, ideally with a stream. Denise shows them a variety of properties with going concerns including an apple orchard, a thriving chicken business and an old mill with holiday lets, but will any of them be what they are looking for?
