Don’t tell, but we brewed this beer because we wanted to drink it. Our favorite seasonal lager, this beer has an elegant dark color with a depth of roasted malts, balanced bitterness, and high drinkability.
Enjoy Dark Lager brewed with WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast making a clean crisp beer with a dry finish. Or try DarkLager with WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast which is traditionally used in a steam beer, this strain produces a clean beer with subtle fruitiness.
