After his release, Dunno meets Starlet again and learns that she has been fired for publishing an article exposing how Mr. Spruts’s factories pollute the air. Together, Dunno and Starlet visit Julio, who uses a bribe to get Miggy out of jail. The three of them decide to found the Joint-Stock Company of Giant Plants and raise money for building a flying machine by selling the company’s shares. Their goal is to retrieve the giant plant seeds from the Moon’s surface.
