Hickory and Dickory, two small mice, are enjoying a TV show when the program is interrupted for a special bulletin from the police department. The bulletin states that, the day being Friday the 13th, the Mayor and the Police Commissioner have proclaimed all black cats a menace to the city's safety, and the cops are ordered to pick up all black cats.
