This 24-minute session is yummy and will fly by. I understand that it is difficult to get motivated to the mat each day. And that some days are way harder than others to carve out the proper time to practice. I acknowledge all of this, and yet - this journey is about making a good habit of centering the whole body and the whole spirit for mental health.
