On May 4, 1986, 11-year-old Arthur Ghurahoo is found in a ditch in the area of Fort Vechten near Utrecht. He had been sexually assaulted and murdered. Detectives Rob and Jan got involved in the case, but a breakthrough was not forthcoming. After almost twenty years, new DNA research eventually led to a solution. The solution nevertheless came as a shock to the former police chief: it turned out that he had known the perpetrator personally for forty years.
