In 2007, a woman’s naked body is discovered on the side of the road in Thurston County, Washington, neatly arranged with her head resting gently on a discarded car seat and a ligature around her neck. When she is identified as local mother Karen Bodine, investigators are frustrated to find that every witness has a different story to tell.
