Tammy Palmer, 39, is ambushed and killed after walking her two children to the school bus. The fatal blow--a shotgun blast fired point-blank into her chest. The suspected killer is her father-in-law, Eugene Palmer, who fled the scene, and has been on the run for the past eight years. Palmer is one of the FBI’S Ten Most Wanted fugitives.
