Sneech asks Doraemon and Noby for something to make him bigger and stronger so he can get back the video game Big G stole from him. Sneech's overuse of the Gro-Quik Powder causes him to become too big - and then he accidentally breaks Doraemon's Shrink Ray, causing him to cry hysterically, which makes him grow even more.
