Bill places a call to Oliver to remind him of his offer and the consequences that may happen if he doesn’t accept the deal. During Oliver and Hope’s flirty photo shoot, he tries to hide any sign that Amber is living in the apartment over his garage. Bill instructs Liam that his first priority is now Spencer Publications and that he needs to spend less time with Hope.
