Toppei's mother becomes a full human being thanks to the efficacy of Human S. Toppei is delighted at the thought that this drug will give the vampires a different life as human beings, a life totally free from discrimination or prejudice. But he is convinced that he cannot become a man until he fights against the primitive savages created by Professor Atami. After finding out that the savages are involved in an accident in which a train rolls over, Chippei senses that the leader is Rock by the smell he emits, and lets Toppei know.
