Juma asks to leave, and Jove gets angry. Trindade explains to Tadeu and Tibério how he saved the Old Man from Rio. José Leôncio is suspicious of Muda's story. Juma threatens Madeleine, and Zaquieu tries to calm the girl. Nayara gets curious when she sees Juma's photo.
