Mario and Co are in the Oriental City of Sayonara, where they hope to find a martial arts master by the name of Misaki. Koopa finds them first and kidnaps Princess and Toad. Misaki rescues the Marios and teaches them Plumb-fu, so that they can fight Karate Koopa.
