Some of the best RPGs ever do not come from Square. Is your favorite on the list? RULES: - Traditional JRPGs, no Action RPGs or Strategy RPGs. - Obviously, developed in Japan. No Western RPGs. - Squaresoft, Enix, or Square Enix cannot have developed or published the game at any point anywhere in the world. - For simplicity, Handheld games will be omitted.
