Jimba’s colleagues are tormented by their own helplessness: Shima blames himself for not realizing the news was fake. Kokonoe regrets not being with his partner at the time. And Kikyo, their chief, accepts ultimate responsibility. Meanwhile, Kusumi, the shadowy figure behind the crimes, is still on the loose. Will they be able to bring him to justice before MIU-4 is disbanded?
