Denise Nurse is in Yorkshire with a couple keen to retire to the country. They will be leaving a large house in Essex behind and want to spend £500,000 on a property large enough to accommodate all their hobbies, with enough land for their two dogs and a separate lounge for mum, who is moving in with them. They have chosen a very desirable part of the world to relocate to - so they will need to be flexible regarding their expectations.
