Johan recovers from his fainting spell and responds to an invitation to go to visit the Red Hindenberg, in the red-light district, the apartment of the old prostitute who had been impersonating Karl Neumann's mother Margot Langer. She tries to blackmail Johan, but Roberto kills her. Meanwhile, Tenma visits a local doctor to find out about the prostitute's death and finds the teenage daughter of a doctor treating undocumented immigrants. He decides to help her treat the waiting patients.
