In this episode of How to Drink, I am making a cocktail presented by Luxardo called the Negroni Bianco. This is a less overpowering bitter than the standard Negroni. In short, this is more than a simply an un-reddended Negroni, and it’s certainly a worthy variation on the classic. Cheers!
