How to season and take ground beef, add mozzarella cheese into the mix and shape it into a hot dog. We do this by using a plastic soda bottle to mold it and wooden skewers to hold them together. We then take them and cooked them all on a electric grill. After cooking them they are placed on a hot dog bun and you can add any condiments you want to them.
