A man is holding a child hostage. June takes a mother to a chemist. While in the chemist a customer becomes abusive when his prescription is not filled. Greig thinks he might have killed once already. Reg talks to a doctor about a break-in at her surgery where prescription pads were missing. Conway is there to negotiate.
