Lavar breaks the news to Melo that he has committed him to play with Team Vytautas for the next two seasons so he can develop into the type of leader and player that the NBA is looking for. Unhappy with the prospect of living in Lithuania for that much time, Melo cops an attitude when he is benched during a BBB game and Lavar is forced to reprimand his boy. Tina has a breakthrough in her speech therapy and Lavar finds out that if Team Vytautas does not win seven of the next twelve games, they will drop a Division, threatening Melo’s development. Lavar pledges to turn the heat up on changing the losing culture of the team.
