The end of the Knockout Week sees the contenders whittled down to 10 amateur cooks - all of whom are desperate to reach the semi-final stage. In this edition they have just one challenge - to secure their place by winning over judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace with a showstopper dish prepared in just 90 minutes.
