Manly Man Cave in Atlanta (42x10)

Johnie & David are newlyweds searching for a townhome in Roswell, Georgia outside of Atlanta. They want a big kitchen so they can cook together and David really wants a big man cave so he can watch football with his friends. They see three townhomes. The first has four bedrooms and a big kitchen, but no TV room for David -- just the living room. The second home has elegant finishes and a balcony, but no basement to use as a man cave. The third option has a great finished basement that would be perfect for David. On the downside, a slew of air conditioning units on the deck make a racket that would be hard to live with.
