Jen and Dave recently moved from Colorado to Maui, where they hope to buy a home and convert it to a self-sustaining bed and breakfast, with a large organic garden, solar power and water catchment system. But she wants a Victorian, and he wants a cabin style home to remind him of Colorado. With Maui's sky high real estate prices, finding a good compromise isn't going to be easy.
