Nina is dismayed when Grant denies everything. Phil plots a slow, sweet revenge on Beppe. Lilly mistakenly lets it slip to Lisa that Mark has AIDS. The atmosphere is strained between Mark and Lisa. She bites the bullet and asks him to tell her the truth. Mark explains his HIV status. Lisa listens and tells Mark she's there for him.
