In Tuscany, James and Thom learn all about cacio fiore cheese before learning how to create hand made ravioli.

Travelling through one of the most important food regions of Italy the brothers discover some of the most commonly used Italian ingredients.

Exploring a rustic form of giant pizza, the brothers learn how to cook cheese focaccia at a local restaurant in the town of Recco before moving onto the coastal roads to reach the wine-producing region of Cinque Terre.
