Carne Valley is hit by a scorching heat wave so Pepe and the gang head to a local water park to try and cool off. When they arrive they find it ominously ‘closed’ with its gates padlocked. Not letting this interfere with their quest, the kids scale the fence and head straight for the pool. Once inside, instead of finding fun they end up on the run from a cult of kids who want to offer them to Craka, the drain-clog monster who lives at the bottom of the pool.

When Pepe grows impatient waiting for the latest Problemon release, he goes to the town bell tower and rings the Bell of Time, in an attempt to trick the store owners into opening their doors early. What he winds up doing however is messing with the time-space continuum causing Marylou to grow old, G to revert to an infant and mutants to run amok all over town.
