Put two pegs on each sock for ears. Cover one puppet with spots all over its body. Put spiky hair clips all over the other sock for a spiky puppet. Place hands in the sock puppets to make them move and talk. One has a long neck and the other has a short neck. Add a material tongue to both puppets with a clip.
