Michael decided to use the workshop equipment on a weekend without adult supervision. With only minor scarring, he came out with a simple tool for strengthening your forearms. This forearm trainer (also know as a forearm roller) is great for rock climbers or maybe even some repetitive stress injuries (consult your PT). Get your grip on!
