In this animated spoof, Ignatz goes to Krazy's cousin Percival Cat in the hopes that he can turn Ignatz into a gentleman. Percival does turn Ignatz into a refined and cultured gentleman... but only until the mouse makes a mess of Sir Percival's home... turning the poor cat into an uncouth slob.
