But Ajay wants a modern open floor-plan, while Ben wants more separated spaces with old New York charm. They also want two bedrooms, an outdoor terrace and a view. But in Manhattan's pricey real estate market, even with a million dollars, they may have to accept tiny kitchens and views into office buildings to get two bedrooms in budget.
