Accidentally sent by crate to Scotland, Felix meets Angus, the thrifty golf player. Felix offers Angus his tail to use as a golf club but Angus also takes his nose to use as a ball! Later, another Scot threatens to drown Felix in the river, but Felix’s piteous meows in reaction are mistaken for bagpipe music, leading to his winning a piping contest.
