Sensing that something's wrong with Seung-ri as Min-ho rushes off, Eun-ae and Gyeol go to see Gwon-sik only to witness Dae-chi and Seong-jun in a heated physical altercation over the past. Meanwhile, Seung-ri clears her desk of Gyeol's photos and vanishes, leaving her family and Min-ho frantically searching for her. Crying over a past note from Gyeol, Seung-ri collapses from exhaustion. Fortunately, Min-ho receives a call from a lodge owner who found her and rushes to her side.
