Yeon-ja throws herself into housework to forget her pain, and Eun-nim can do nothing but watch her worriedly. Yeon-ja disappears, and Eun-ae hears the news while preparing for the competition and rushes out. Gyeol remains concerned about Eun-ae. Later, Eun-ae follows Seong-jun to a place where her mother once lost everything. There, she senses that Yeon-ja has a hidden past she never knew about. Meanwhile, the family cries over the meal Yeon-ja prepared for them, overcome with regret.
