Between human encounters and the black flag, the fourth stage promises emotion and suspense. The teams will meet several ethnic groups of Nepal: the Newar, the Tamang, and the Tharu—communities that will offer some of the most meaningful and heartfelt evenings of the adventure. On the racing side, contestants’ nerves will be tested during a trek centered on agility and eggs. The black flag makes its return, ready to turn the competition upside down.
